These terms govern your use of Troshkali, an app that helps you decide whether you can afford a purchase. By creating an account you agree to them. Troshkali is operated by Dzeneta Dzananovic, an individual developer based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. For any question, contact troshkalik@gmail.com.
Troshkali computes an affordability verdict from numbers you enter: your income, fixed costs, savings goals, and purchases. It is a budgeting tool, not a bank, and not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app — including any AI-written explanation — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The verdict is only as accurate as the numbers you give it, and the decision to spend or not is always yours.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one — see the Privacy Policy for more on this.
| Billing | Troshkali Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. |
| Renewal | Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price you agreed to. |
| Managing or cancelling | Handled entirely by Apple — Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Troshkali has no ability to cancel a subscription or issue a refund on Apple's behalf. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. |
What Pro unlocks — unlimited AI explanations, camera scanning of price tags and receipts, a written analysis of your spending, 24 months of spending history, and unlimited goals — is described on the in-app purchase screen at the time you buy, and may change for future subscribers without changing what current subscribers already have.
Don't use Troshkali to store data that isn't yours, attempt to access another account, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service. An account may be suspended or terminated for abuse of the service or of other users.
Troshkali is provided "as is." It's built carefully, but it can have bugs, downtime, or a wrong AI-generated explanation. To the extent the law allows, Troshkali is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent the law allows, Troshkali and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a purchase decision made using it. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
These terms may change as the app does. If a change is material, the date at the top will change and the app will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Troshkali after a change means you accept it.
You can delete your account at any time — Settings → Account → Delete account — which ends these terms between you and Troshkali. It does not cancel an active App Store subscription; see "Subscriptions" above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection law gives you rights these terms can't override.
